Workforce transparency without workforce surveillance.
Modern organizations depend on distributed teams,
external contractors and multiple staffing partners. Yet visibility into workforce commitments
usually ends at the boundary of each individual organization.
Proteco360 provides an
independent verification layer that helps identify overlapping engagements and related workforce
risks across participating organizations - without creating another centralized HR database or
centrally storing raw identifying data.
Proteco360 makes cross-organizational workforce risk visible while keeping the scope of data processing deliberately limited.
Organizations increasingly rely on external specialists, staffing vendors, remote teams and cross-border contracting models. This gives companies access to global talent and greater operational flexibility - but it also creates a significant visibility gap.
Each organization understands its own contracts. Each staffing provider understands its own workforce. But no individual participant has a complete view of commitments that may exist across the wider contracting ecosystem.
As a result, overlapping engagements, excessive allocation and potential conflicts may remain undetected until they begin to affect availability, delivery, security or contractual compliance.
Proteco360 was created to close that gap.
We provide a neutral verification layer through which participating organizations can identify relevant overlap patterns without exchanging their complete workforce databases or exposing raw employee and contractor records to other participants.
The purpose is not to monitor how people work. It is not to make automated accusations or replace human judgement. The purpose is to provide organizations with an early risk signal, so that potential conflicts can be reviewed responsibly and decisions can be based on better information.
Principles
Independence
Proteco360 operates as a neutral verification layer. We are not an employer, staffing provider or workforce management platform, and we do not represent one participant's interests over another's.
Privacy by design
Privacy is considered at the beginning of every process and architectural decision - not added later as a compliance feature.
Proportionality
Verification should never require collecting more information than is necessary. We limit the scope of processing to data relevant to the defined audit purpose.
Evidence before judgement
A detected pattern is a risk indicator, not a verdict. Proteco360 supports responsible verification and further review rather than automatic conclusions about an individual.
Human oversight
Technology should support informed decisions, not replace them. Proteco360 does not automatically penalize contractors, terminate cooperation or initiate operational actions on behalf of participating organizations.
Accountability
Verification processes should be explainable, documented and auditable. Organizations should be able to understand what generated an alert and determine how it should be handled.
What makes us different
Most workforce systems operate within a single organization. They manage recruitment, employee records, contracts, time reporting or day-to-day activity. Proteco360 addresses a different problem: the limited ability to identify relevant workforce conflicts that may exist across separate organizations and staffing providers. It is designed to operate in the visibility gap between those systems - as an independent, minimal-scope verification layer.

Proteco360 does not manage employees, recruit contractors, verify identity documents or track day-to-day activity. It does not access emails, screenshots, GPS data, application usage or computer activity. Instead, it provides a focused audit mechanism for identifying relevant patterns that individual organizations would not be able to see independently.
