Pricing that scales with the workforce you verify.

Proteco360 pricing reflects the scale and complexity of your verification programme - not the number of alerts generated.

The commercial scope is based primarily on the active workforce covered, the frequency of verification and the operational requirements of your organization.

What could an invisible workforce conflict cost?

Estimate the value of the workforce covered by verification and explore potential exposure under several transparent scenarios.

Detect material exposure

Identify situations in which the same workforce capacity may have been allocated to overlapping engagements.

The financial relevance depends on the contractor's cost, the duration of the overlap and the extent to which the second commitment affected contracted availability.

Reduce operational cost

A workforce conflict may require time from delivery managers, HR, procurement, compliance, security and legal teams.

Earlier identification can reduce the amount of time spent investigating delivery problems without understanding their underlying cause.

Strengthen prevention and governance

A transparent verification programme may increase accountability across the contracting ecosystem.

It can also help organizations demonstrate that workforce-allocation and conflict-of-interest risks are subject to a defined, auditable process rather than handled only after a serious incident occurs.

This preventive value should be presented as a governance benefit, not as a guaranteed reduction in hidden employment.

Modelled value of one material conflict A 'material conflict' refers to a conflict of interest that causes quantifiable financial damage. Based on industry data, this is modeled as one individual's fully-loaded annual cost. A material conflict lasts for three months and affects 50% of one person's contracted capacity.

Even a small share of contracted workforce capacity can represent substantial operational value.

A pricing model built around your verification scope.

No two contracting ecosystems are identical. Some organizations work with a limited group of specialist contractors, while others coordinate thousands of people across multiple vendors, business entities and jurisdictions.

Proteco360 pricing is therefore calculated using a small number of transparent factors:

Active workforce under verification

The primary pricing factor is the number of active employees or contractors whose engagements are included in the verification programme.

Organizational scope

Pricing may reflect the number of legal entities, staffing vendors, operational units or contracting programmes included in the deployment. A verification programme covering one agency is operationally different from a multi-entity ecosystem involving several countries, subsidiaries or workforce providers.

Data onboarding and preparation

The standard model uses structured workforce information prepared by the participating organization and processed through the Proteco360 client application. Additional onboarding work may be required.

Security and compliance requirements

Organizations may require different levels of security review, documentation and governance support.

Support and service commitments

The service level may include different response times, onboarding support and operational assistance.

Custom workflows and integrations

The standard MVP model is based on structured file submission and email-based notifications. Customer-specific integrations, automated data exchange, dashboards, additional reporting formats or specialized workflows should be priced separately when they become part of the agreed product scope. They should not currently be presented as standard MVP capabilities.

What does not affect your price

We do not charge per detected conflict.

You will not pay more because the system identifies more cases, and Proteco360 has no commercial incentive to classify uncertain results as conflicts.

This supports the role of Proteco360 as a neutral verification layer rather than a success-fee investigation service.

No per-alert fees

Your price does not increase when more potential conflicts are detected.

No percentage of recovered value

Proteco360 does not take a share of compensation, invoice adjustments or other financial outcomes.

No revenue-based pricing

The size of your organization's turnover does not determine the verification fee.

No charge for suspicion

Pricing is based on the agreed service scope, not on how many people are considered potentially problematic.
