A verification layer designed with privacy in mind.

Proteco360 enables cross-organizational conflict detection without building a centralized database of raw personnel records.

Client-side identifier transformation

Raw identifying information used for matching is transformed on the client side before central processing. The Proteco360 server compares pseudonymized identifiers rather than relying on a centralized database of names, surnames or complete HR files.

No raw identity documents centrally stored

Proteco360 is not designed to aggregate unrestricted identity documents or general personnel records. Where an identity-related value is required to create a reliable matching identifier, it should be processed using an agreed transformation model before submission.

Data minimization in scope

Organizations define and submit only the specific attributes required for verification, such as transformed identifiers, contract periods, declared working hours and time zones. Proteco360 does not ask for or require access to full employee histories, performance reviews or payroll details.

No behavioral monitoring

Proteco360 is an administrative verification mechanism, not an employee surveillance tool. It analyzes predefined contractual and schedule parameters submitted by participating organizations. It does not monitor keyboard activity, screens, communications, location or real-time productivity.

Neutral detection, not automated decision-making

The verification process identifies patterns that may indicate overlapping commitments or relevant conflicts. Proteco360 does not make employment decisions, assign performance scores or terminate contracts. Any action must be independently assessed by the authorized organization based on its own policies and legal obligations.

Built for GDPR-aligned processing

The Proteco360 architecture incorporates privacy by design, pseudonymization, restricted access, limited retention and auditability. The platform supports GDPR-aligned verification when deployed within an appropriate legal framework, transparency model and defined processing purpose.
